Training

The trainees at monster muscle follow a variety of programs depending upon the goal, typically the programs aim to cover a variety of training methods to ensure we train all the different elements and capacity of a muscle.

Currently we use three different training sessions which are as follows

HEAVY
These sessions are based around strength parameters and aiming to get the body as strong as possible, in terms of muscle building it has the following benefits;
Increases neurological output leading to higher weights when doing conventional bodybuilding training parameters.
Increases tendon and joint integrity through heavy loading.
Provides growth to the faster twitch muscle fibres.
Provides good output of testosterone for muscle building.
Satisfies the ego for shifting heavyweights.

MODERATE SESSIONS
These sessions encompasses fifty percent of our training time as it’s the most specific training parameter to our goal. The moderate sessions have these benefits;
Large increases in protein synthesis leading to muscle growth, specifically myofibril hypertrophy.
Large metabolic disturbances to aid in keeping metabolism high.
Specific muscle group focus to ensure balanced development throughout physique.

LIGHT SESSIONS
These sessions are based around muscular endurance parameters and have the following benefits;
Increase capillary and vascularity of the physique. This will provide greater transport for the nutrients t get to the muscles aiding in muscle growth.
Increased sarcoplasmic hypertrophy – this basically refers to an increase in fluid and substrates within the muscle which will add more size.
